Description
CURVED BACKZIP TROUSER
A convertible trouser silhouette developed through the FFFPOSTALSERVICE approach to articulated construction and adaptable proportions. Constructed from Japanese-imported cotton ripstop, the trousers combine a structured technical fabric with a considered system of adjustable detailing.
Curved seam lines are accentuated by piping finished in Japanese plaid cotton, introducing a subtle contrast in texture and material. Integrated back zippers allow the silhouette to transition from a straight-leg profile to a wider, more expansive form, altering the volume and drape of the garment.
Snap closures and a drawstring waistband provide additional adjustability while maintaining a clean, functional construction. An exploration of controlled volume, material contrast, and transformable tailoring.
