Shipping policy


FFFPOSTALSERVICE is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours during normal business operations.

Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, restocks, promotional periods, holidays, or periods of increased order volume.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier service.

  • United States: 2–7 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • Asia: 2–7 business days
  • Rest of World: 5–14 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

FFFPOSTALSERVICE has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

FFFPOSTALSERVICE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs duties and taxes, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

FFFPOSTALSERVICE is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate any claims related to transit issues.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier before reaching out to us.

Returned or Refused Shipments

Orders refused by the recipient after shipment may be subject to return shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and handling fees. These amounts may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or incorrect shipping information may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders

Products sold as pre-orders will ship according to the estimated timeframe stated on the product page.

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise specified.

Fraud Prevention & Order Review

FFFPOSTALSERVICE reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or hold any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale activity, suspicious purchasing behavior, inventory errors, pricing errors, or other circumstances that may impact the integrity of the transaction.

Additional verification may be requested before an order is released for shipment.

Right to Refuse Service

FFFPOSTALSERVICE reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, restrict purchases, deny returns, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion where abuse of our policies, fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale, or other conduct deemed harmful to the brand is suspected.

Policy Updates

FFFPOSTALSERVICE reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact tak@fffpostalservice.com within 7 days of the item being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

FFFPOSTALSERVICE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, including items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, damage, or are returned without original tags and packaging.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Certain limited-release products, special projects, collaborations, made-to-order products, footwear releases, and products specifically marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at tak@fffpostalservice.com so we can resolve the issue.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing, plus any additional time required by your financial institution.
